Spam Filtering: Adjusting to the anti-spam platform

Your domain should automatically be filtered both inbound and outbound once you've received the Hosting info.

The system operates in the background, and provides coverage against Spam & Viruses/Malware both in & outwards.

We have configured direct reporting so you will receive any warnings/errors about any of your emails. (ie. Bounces)

Each morning, if there has been spam/etc that was quarantined the day before, you'll be sent a Daily Spam Report.
From there, you can 1-click to Whitelist / Blacklist / Release / Release & Train, to help improve the filter.

We have additional flexibility and customisation en-route for our Hosting customers - stay tuned in 2022.
