To configure your Stream to broadcast to us, for us to relay to your listeners, you need local software to send it to SHOUTcast Australia.
We tend to recommend that you run Winamp and the SHOUTcast Source DSP plugin for it (on Windows).
There are many different ways to broadcast your stream to us - only the method described here will be Remotely Supported by us.
You'll need to download and install these packages:

- http://download.nullsoft.com/shoutcast/tools/shoutcast-dsp-2-3-5-windows.exe
- Please note: These links are only occasionally checked, however they are not often updated.
System and Environmental Requirements (for reliable audio):
- Windows 10+ running on the Broadcast Computer
If older, you should consider Windows 11 now - SSD Storage within the Broadcast Computer
This removes any storage I/O bottle-neck - Anti-virus, firewall, and other security
Make sure they're up-to-date & scanning - Internet Connection UPLOAD >= 10Mbit/s
We recommend NBN/UFB > 20Mbit/s UP - Cabling (LAN+AUX) are of trusted brands

If you require remote access to the machine, please sure you install AnyDesk, etc, so you can jump in from afar to diagnose any problems with the relaying. It's critical that you keep any remote access software protected - never disclose access details to anyone who shouldn't have access to your equipment.
Once you've installed Winamp and SHOUTcast Source DSP, you can configure it to relay via the SHOUTcast Australia platform.
Going by the top-most tabs of SHOUTcast Source DSP:
SUMMARY
Make sure your Active Input Device is set to Soundcard unless you're using Winamp for it (unlikely).
Otherwise, this tab can be left alone as it's mostly for overview purposes.
INPUT
Make sure this is set to the correct feed/device, ie. the Microphone / Line-in port.
If you're unsure how to configure this, and the specific quality/type of feed, check with your IT/Broadcast specialists.

OUTPUT
Output 1 > Login
Server Address: radio##.shoutcast.net.au
Port: Check your Welcome Email
DJ / User ID: Welcome Email
Password: Welcome Email
Automatic reconnection on connection fail: Yes/Tick
Connect using: v1.x mode (legacy servers) (relay)
Output 1 > Directory
Enable the Yellow Pages style listing if desired.
Make sure you check name and other info.
Output 1 > Encoder
Make sure it's set to 44.1KHz stereo.
MP3 at your plan's included bitrate.
Output 1 > Titles
This is down to your local set-up.
Please check with your tech crew.
Output 1 > Logs
Enable them if you have problems.
Otherwise they can be left disabled.
Output 1 > Auto Connect
ENABLE THIS AT THE TOP ONCE CONFIGURED!
This will try to auto-reconnect constantly if the relay drops.
(So the moment you can re-connect, the software gets you back on-air)

Are you originating your Radio Stream from the same computer as you're Relaying up from?
For instance, if you're using a Realtek sound card/chip, you will need Stereo Mix device enabled.
Control Panel > Sound (window) > Recording (tab) > right-click white area > Show Disabled Devices.
"Stereo Mix" should then be visible and marked as Disabled. Right-click and Enable the Stereo Mix.
Close Winamp + Source DSP and re-open them, and Input should then list Soundcard as an option.
From there, if you're using AIMP (for example) for your playlists/songs (radio station feed):
Preferences > Playback > Device > WASAPI Exclusive (Push): Speakers (Realtek Audio)
This method (WASAPI Exclusive, Push) will prevent a loop/double-up of audio!
If you're moving to us, you may need to remove your legacy provider firstly.
Otherwise you may have issues with sound not being transmitted properly.
