APRA AMCOS has cost-effective licensing available for Internet-only Radio Stations:

In particular, if your station generates less than $25k/year then you can use their Online Mini License and sign-up yourself online today.

Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA)
You may be able to leverage an industry agreement between PPCA and the CBAA if your station qualifies. Please contact the CBAA for more information.

International Standard Recording Code
You may be able to leverage the ISRC for each track you play, depending on your software set-up. Media Control Panel allows this to be reported on, though it must be embedded in the ID3 tags of your streamed music for that to work. We can't guarantee it, though can help to diagnose it.
Otherwise you can leverage local software options to accomplish this in other ways. Using the ISRC makes it easier for you to know exactly what should be owed for each track.
