Incoming: Searching for an email and taking action

If an inbound email is caught/filtered, your daily Filtering Report will let you choose how to handle it. You can help us learn!

The daily reports will offer you to Whitelist / Blacklist / Release / Release & Train the email/s in your report as you choose.

Beyond that, please use the Track Delivery function within cPanel to get an idea of where missing emails have ended up.
https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/email/track-delivery/ is the Documentation link. We're always here to help if you're unsure!

(If you choose to release the email, we recommend using Release and Train if it'd be your usual decision, as it helps our filters learn)

Our passionate team are available to help you if you're unable to locate a message that you believe should be in our Spam Filters somewhere.
